Another role of the Foundation is to facilitate and integrate the efforts of SRF business units spread across nine locations in India (in states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Tamil Nadu and Gujarat) and three locations in abroad (Bangkok, Dubai and Port Elizabeth) in implementing the following community projects:

	HIV/AIDs Awareness at Workplace
	Affirmative Action in support of SC/ST community
	Education initiatives like SRF Vidyalaya and Banban Education Program
	Natural Resource Management Program (NRM)
