SRF Foundation is a registered Non Profit society of SRF Limited with a range of developmental activities in implementation. It played a pivotal role in the building process of India, with several firsts to its credit in its historical past, laurels in the recent and challenging ongoing projects.

Two pioneering educational institutions, the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and the Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) for Women were started in the years 1920 and 1956 respectively by the visionary and nationalist Sir Shri Ram. These two institutions today stand amongst the world's renowned institutes for higher learning. Continuing the legacy with increased efforts, Shri Arun Bharat Ram and Smt. Manju Bharat Ram widened the contribution to the qualitative educational development of the country by creating The Shri Ram Schools (TSRS), besides excelling globally in their main business line of multi product manufacturing.

In order to consolidate and coordinate effectively all the philanthropic contributions, social services, institutions, development activities of SRF Limited and its social extensions into one fold, SRF Foundation evolved to its current form today. SRF Foundation is a live legacy in action for the qualitative improvement of human living.

To work for the development of quality in human living, through transformation of public institutions, improvement in institutional relationships, up gradation of awareness and capacities and creation of new and better facilities, by taking along all the resourceful, concerned and caring.
